Day 1:

Initial swing video analysis
Group full swing practice on the range
Short game and putting work

Day 2:

9:00 AM – 9:30 AM – Group Warm-Up
Golf-specific fitness & nutrition discussion
9:30 AM – 11:30 AM – Practice Session
Split groups: short game & full swing (1 hour each)
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Mental Coaching Breakout Session
