Welcome to our FAQ page, where you can find answers to commonly asked questions about Saint John's Resort. Whether planning your stay or seeking details about our amenities, we're here to help make your experience seamless and enjoyable.

Does the hotel have a resort fee?

Yes, there is a resort fee. It is $20/night and includes the following:

  • Complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit available daily from 6 AM to 11 AM in the hotel lobby
  • Complimentary infused water available daily from 11 AM to 9 PM in the hotel lobby
  • Complimentary pool access – pool is opened daily from 8AM – 11PM
  • Complimentary fitness center 24/7 access
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi – no password needed
  • Seasonal offerings will vary
  • 3 Dining Outlets with FIVE being the only one serving breakfast
  • Any events in property open to resort guests (e.g. yoga in the Garden Pavilion)

Does the hotel have parking available on site?

Yes, we offer free parking on site. Please have the description of your vehicle and license plate number readily available to share with the Hotel Front Desk.

Does the hotel offer valet parking?

Yes, valet parking is available on weekends and other peak times

Is the hotel dog-friendly?

No, we are not a pet-friendly property. However, service animals are always welcome in accordance with ADA regulations.

Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?

No, all guest rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.

Can I pay cash for my stay?

Yes, guests may pay cash for room and tax. A credit or debit card is still required at check-in for incidental charges. The incidental authorization is $100 per night for Deluxe King, Deluxe Queen, and Executive King Suites, and $500 per night for Cardinal and Presidential Luxury Suites.

How old must I be to make a reservation or check-in?

Reservations may be made by anyone with a valid credit card. Guests must be 21 years or older to check in and must present a valid government-issued photo ID.

Does the hotel provide an airport shuttle?

No, we do not offer an airport shuttle. Please contact the hotel for assistance with arranging transportation through our preferred drivers.

What time is check-in? Can I check in early?

Guaranteed check in begins at 4pm. A guaranteed 2pm early check-in is available for a $50 fee. All other early check-in requests are subject to availability

What time is check-out? Can I check out late?

Check out is at 11am. A guaranteed late checkout of 1pm is available for a $50 fee. Late check-out requests of 12pm are subject to availability.

Does the hotel have a fitness center?

Yes, the resort offers a 24-hour fitness center accessible with your guest room key

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

Is there an ATM at the hotel?

Yes, an ATM is conveniently located near the hotel front desk for guest use.

Does the hotel offer complimentary wi-fi?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, both in rooms and around the property, with no password needed.

What are the dining options at the Resort?

The resort features three dining experiences:

  • Five Steakhouse – our signature restaurant and the only one serving breakfast
  • Doyle’s Irish Pub – casual dining with traditional pub fare
  • The Wine Grotto – a relaxed space for wine, cocktails, and small plates

Is breakfast included with my stay?

Breakfast is not included with a standard stay, but certain packages, including our Bed & Breakfast package, do include it.

Does the hotel offer room service?

Yes, room service is available from Five Steakhouse during its hours of operation. To place an order, please dial extension 3339. The full menu is also available online at saintjohnsresort.com.

Do guestrooms include mini fridges and microwaves?

All rooms include refrigerators. All rooms except our Deluxe King rooms have microwaves. Deluxe King guests may contact the Hotel Front Desk team for assistance with heating food and beverages.

Does the hotel offer housekeeping service daily?

Yes, stayover housekeeping is provided daily. If you do not wish to receive service, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign outside your room.

Is there a laundry facility available on property?

No, the hotel does not have a self-service laundry facility. However, we offer dry cleaning services Monday through Friday. If items are dropped off at the front desk by 8:00 AM, they will be ready the same day by 5:00 PM.

What is the cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

For standard room types and suites, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in. For luxury room types (Cardinal Suite and Presidential Suite), a 14-day cancellation notice is required.
